This week we want to know what the one thing you always do in your morning ritual that's a "must-do"? Is it a cup of coffee to start your day? A few minutes of meditation or a few minutes of stretching? Share your "must-do" and why! See if other moms share your routine or if you can incorporate a helpful new habit into your morning.
